- Cold-pressed from a blend of Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives that are grown in the Sicilian mountains.
- Grown at 1,968 feet above sea level, the maximum elevation for growing olives, the fruit is exceptionally rich in flavor and healthful polyphenols.
- The oil is cold-pressed by continuous centrifugation, which maintains its healthful properties and results in an exceptionally low acidity level.
