  • For three generations, the Edwards family of Surry County, Virginia, has produced award-winning cured pork products since 1926. They take choice pork from certified humanely-raised heritage Berkshire breed pigs, dry-cure and hickory smoke it and age it for a minimum of 18 months to produce this succulent, sliced ham reminiscent of the finest Spanish jamòn serrano. Sliced paper-thin, the ham has a silky texture and an unctuous fattiness that melts in your mouth. It’s no surprise that surryano is a three-time Good Food Awards winner.
