Surryano Ham Slices
For three generations, the Edwards family of Surry County, Virginia, has produced award-winning cured pork products since 1926. They take choice pork from certified humanely-raised heritage Berkshire breed pigs, dry-cure and hickory smoke it and age it for a minimum of 18 months to produce this succulent, sliced ham reminiscent of the finest Spanish jamòn serrano. Sliced paper-thin, the ham has a silky texture and an unctuous fattiness that melts in your mouth. It’s no surprise that surryano is a three-time Good Food Awards winner.

- The Surryano ships at ambient temperature. A special curing process ensures that it can last up to 1 year without refrigeration. To further extend shelf life, refrigerate upon receipt. Unopened, the Surryano will keep up to 1 year at room temperature or refrigerated. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. Freezing is not recommended once opened.
