Everything about this user-friendly mandoline is easy to manage, including your results. Its sharp V-shaped, stainless-steel blades slice cleanly through soft and hard foods, making perfect crinkle and straight cuts in four thicknesses. Four additional blades create two sizes of julienne and cubes. The pusher securely holds food and protects fingers during use. The blades are conveniently stored onboard, and the legs fold for compact storage. The blades should be washed by hand. 15 3/4" x 6" x 5 1/2" high.
