Use

  • Must be placed at least 2" to 4" from adjacent walls and objects for adequate air circulation.
  • Avoid using utensils on the nonstick interior.
  • Baking stone is oven and freezer safe; do not use on open flame, and avoid exposure to quick and drastic changes in temperature.

Care

  • Baking racks, crumb tray, broiling pan and drip tray are dishwasher safe.
  • Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.
  • Clean interior nonstick surfaces with mild cleanser and damp cloth; do not use soap on interior brick surfaces.
  • Clean exterior with mild cleanser and damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
  • Allow baking stone to cool before cleaning with warm water only; air dry thoroughly. Stubborn food residue may be scraped off with a spatula.
