Use
- Must be placed at least 2" to 4" from adjacent walls and objects for adequate air circulation.
- Avoid using utensils on the nonstick interior.
- Baking stone is oven and freezer safe; do not use on open flame, and avoid exposure to quick and drastic changes in temperature.
Care
- Baking racks, crumb tray, broiling pan and drip tray are dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.
- Clean interior nonstick surfaces with mild cleanser and damp cloth; do not use soap on interior brick surfaces.
- Clean exterior with mild cleanser and damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
- Allow baking stone to cool before cleaning with warm water only; air dry thoroughly. Stubborn food residue may be scraped off with a spatula.
