Our salad dressing mixer allows cooks of all ages to swiftly blend homemade vinaigrettes and salad dressings with the push of a button. It's equipped with an emulsifying blade that instantly creates rich, smooth results using your own fresh ingredients. The vinegar emulsifies with the oil and added flavors, producing an even consistency – and taste – throughout your salad. The clear plastic carafe is conveniently labeled with oil, vinegar and lemon juice fill lines and comes with an airtight lid for storing dressings. Recipes are included.
