Recipe: Banana-Nut Bread
The distinctive tropical flavor and fragrance of bananas and their meaty texture make them a satisfying addition to quick breads. For the most pronounced flavor, use very ripe, plump bananas that give when gently pressed, with a skin color that ranges from yellow with an abundance of brown and black freckles to almost completely blackened. If you have very ripe bananas but are unable to make banana bread right away, peel and freeze them until ready to use.

The pan boasts two layers of technologically advanced Swiss-made Goldtouch™ nonstick coating, a ceramic-reinforced nonstick surface that will not chip or peel and is highly scratch resistant. To withstand frequent use, the nonstick layers are bonded to commercial-gauge aluminized steel, the same construction used by professional kitchens because it distributes heat quickly and evenly, producing consistent baking results. Use & Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Oven safe to 550°F.
- Safe for use with all utensils. Metal utensils may scratch the pan but will not affect its performance.
- Do not cut in pan.
- Prepare pan according to the recipe. Grease and flour if specified.
- There is no need to adjust the oven temperature called for in recipe.
