Summary
This rectangular cake pan produces tall straight-sided cakes and promotes optimal texture in brownies and bar cookies. Even more important: You'll adore the difference its Goldtouch™ surface makes. Two layers of the nonstick ceramic-reinforced coating are bonded to the pan's interior. Technologically advanced, it won't chip or peel, and is highly scratch resistant. The aluminum-coated steel pan, of heavier gauge than standard home bakeware, won't rust or warp, and transfers heat quickly and evenly to ensure uniform baking. 9" x 13" x 2" high. Use & Care
- Dishwasher safe.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products or scouring pads.
- Oven safe to 550°F.
- Safe for use with all utensils. Metal utensils may scratch the pan but will not affect its performance.
- Do not cut in pan.
- Prepare pan according to the recipe. Grease and flour if specified.
- There is no need to adjust the oven temperature called for in recipe.
