Reduce prep time with the help of our Swiss-made peelers. Their extremely sharp, surgical-grade steel blades zip over all sorts of fresh produce and other foods with ease. Designed for both right- and left-handed users, the set includes a peeler for every task: the straight-edged version makes short work of shaving the thick skin from root vegetables and firm fruits (a side cutter removes potato eyes or blemishes); the serrated peeler is ideal for the delicate flesh of tomatoes, kiwis, mangoes and other soft produce; and the julienne peeler creates fine decorative strips of anything from potatoes and cucumbers to firm cheese.
