OXO Mandoline

This affordable, easy-to-use mandoline gives home cooks professional-looking results. Use it to create precision slices or julienne cuts of fruits and vegetables. Its sharp-slicing blade yields perfect slices from paper-thin to 1 1/4" thick; the julienne blade generates french-fry or matchstick cuts. The unit comes with a food holder, a slicing blade and two cutting cylinders; blades are easily removable. All parts store safely on board, and the nonskid legs fold for compact storage.
