Cooked on the grill in our specially designed roaster, stuffed jalapeño peppers emerge with a wonderful fire-roasted flavor. Jalapeño peppers range in their level of heat. You may want to wear gloves when handling raw jalapeños.

For a crowd-pleasing appetizer, stuff jalapeño peppers with cheese and other savory ingredients, then fire roast them over an outdoor grill. It’s easy with our clever stainless-steel roaster. Holding up to 18 stuffed or whole peppers upright, it imparts delicious smoky flavor while keeping the chilies a safe distance from the flame and preventing them from falling through the grate.
