Be the first to Write a Review Daurade, sometimes called sea bream, dorade or orata, is a smaller fish with a firm red flesh that – when cooked – has a rich, full and sweet flavor and white color. It is a delicious ingredient in European seafood stews like bouillabaisse and is also tasty (and beautiful, thanks to its golden-striped nose) when cooked whole. Poach the fish in wine, stuff it with herbs and oven roast, or glaze it with chilies and citrus juice and grill.
