This smoked wild salmon is produced by Britain’s oldest salmon smoker, H. Forman & Son, founded in 1905. The fourth-generation family business selects only the finest Scottish wild salmon and still uses recipes brought to Britain from Eastern Europe by founder Harris (Aaron) Forman. The company's mild London Cure enhances the salmon’s complex, full-bodies flavor and creamy texture rather than concealing it. Lightly rubbed with salt and smoked over oak, the whole fillet is fully trimmed, boned and sliced paper-thin by hand, then reassembled on the skin. It arrives ready to serve.

- The salmon was shipped frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt refrigerate the salmon, or freeze to enjoy at a later date. It will keep refrigerated up to 3 weeks, or frozen up to 1 month, unopened. Once it has been opened, serve the salmon within 3 days.
