This smoked farm-raised salmon is produced by Britain’s oldest salmon smoker, H. Forman & Son, founded in 1905. The fourth-generation family business selects only the finest Scottish salmon and still uses recipes brought to Britain from Eastern Europe by founder Harris (Aaron) Forman. The company's mild London Cure enhances the salmon’s naturally clean, delicate flavor and firm, succulent texture rather than concealing it. Lightly rubbed with salt and smoked over oak, the whole fillet is fully trimmed, boned and sliced paper-thin by hand, then reassembled on the skin. It arrives ready to serve.

- Ships cold with ice packs. Upon receipt, remove the salmon from the shipping container and place in the refrigerator. The salmon keeps refrigerated up to 2 days opened, up to 2 weeks unopened, and 2 months frozen.
