Our premeasured mix takes the mystery out of making fluffy buttercream frosting and decorative royal icing. It whips up with a stand mixer or beater in just 5 to 6 minutes, so you can decorate layer cakes, cookies and cupcakes with minimal measuring and almost no wait. Simply add water to the mix to create royal icing for adding fine details and lettering to desserts. Or add milk, butter and flavor extract to make fluffy buttercream for filling and frosting layer cakes, or swirling onto cupcakes.
