Caviar Galilee Royal Osetra
Firm and crisp, with a creamy, robust taste and a hazelnut finish, this sustainably farmed Israeli caviar is reminiscent of the famed Beluga variety in texture and taste. Royal Osetra is farmed in the Mount Hermon rivers, where the sturgeon eat a natural diet and produce 100 percent pure Osetra (Acipencer guldenstaedti). Caviar is graded for flavor, color, taste and texture; these select large-grain pearls feature a dark blonde to gold color and are as delectable as they are beautiful.

- Shipped chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt remove the caviar from the carton and immediately place in the back of the refrigerator, where it is coldest. Place ice packs or an ice-filled plastic bag over the jars to maintain the optimal storage temperature of 28° to 32°F. We recommend replacing the ice daily to keep the caviar temperature constant. The ice packs that were shipped with the caviar may be refrozen and used to keep it cold. An unopened jar, when stored properly, will maintain its freshness up to 4 weeks. Once opened, the caviar will remain fresh for up to 3 days. We suggest you enjoy the caviar immediately after opening.
