Red Bee’s beekeeper and “honey sommelier,” Marina Marchese, harvests honey knowing that each hive produces its own unique variety of honey—flavored by the plants and trees growing and blooming nearby. Red Bee’s single-origin, limited-harvest Goldenrod honey uses the nectar collected from profuse fields of yellow Goldenrod in rural Pennsylvania. The result is a smooth and golden yellow honey combining rich floral fragrance with hints of violet and honeysuckle, the perfect companion to fresh cheese and fruit or toasted bread.
