Raspberries

This vigorous plant bears large, sweet dark-red raspberries (Rubus idaeus) twice a year, in summer and early fall. ‘Heritage’ is a reliable and heavy producer—perfect for those who want to can their berries and eat them fresh. Surplus fruit can be made into raspberry jam or frozen, the leaves can be used fresh or dried in herbal and medicinal teas, and the flowers can be a major nectar source for honeybees and other pollinators.

• Zones 4–9.
• Grows to 6'–8' high and 4'–5' wide.
• Suitable for container or ground planting.
• Requires full sun.
• Fruits twice a year, in early July and early September.
• Yields approx. l lb. of fruit at maturity (1 1/2 to 2 years).
• Agricultural regulations prohibit shipment to AZ, CA, OR, WA, Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
