  • Combining the tenderloin and strip, the loin roast (also called the saddle roast) is one of the tenderest cuts of lamb. This one, from Pure Bred, is exceptionally juicy and flavorful, thanks to delicate marbling and the natural diet of grasses and grains the pasture-raised lambs receive.

  • Receiving Instructions

    The lamb is shipped fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The lamb keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the lamb from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
