The lamb is shipped fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate or freeze to enjoy at a later date. The lamb keeps refrigerated, up to 5 days, unopened, or up to 3 months frozen. If frozen, remove the lamb from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours.
