Pure Bred lamb is raised on small family farms with holistic standards for every aspect of production. The Suffolk-Dorsett cross of sheep graze on pastures in Pennsylvania, where they eat a natural diet of grasses and grains, free of hormones, GMOs and pesticides. The result is a restaurant-quality lamb with a clean, fresh flavor and buttery tenderness that comes from delicate marbling. The Pure Bred leg is one of the most flavorful and succulent we've tasted. A great choice to feed a crowd, this cut is wonderful roasted.

The lamb is shipped fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate the lamb or freeze to enjoy at a later date. Unopened, the lamb keeps refrigerated up to 5 days or up to 3 months frozen.
Proper Thawing Technique
Remove meat from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for 24 to 48 hours. To retain the natural juices, leave the lamb in its original packaging while defrosting. It is normal for juices to accumulate. Simple pat dry with paper towels before cooking.

It was amazing & received raved reviews from all my guests. I would definitely order again. The freshest taste. However, we ordered the 9 pound which claims it would serve 10-12 and we didn't have any leftovers. It just fed seven people, one was a vegan.
