A ready-made fondue party in a box, our gift set from chef Jamie Cantor and her team at L.A.'s popular Platine Bakery contains everything you need to enjoy a decadent dessert. The velvety handmade salted caramel sauce is enriched with heavy cream, fresh sour cream and vanilla beans. For dipping, our set includes the bakery’s own buttery vanilla-bean shortbread, ultra-moist almond pound cake and handcrafted marshmallows, along with crunchy salted pretzels and wooden dipping skewers.

- 1 mini almond pound cake loaf (3" x 1 1/2" x 1 3/4" high).
- 6 marshmallows.

- Use & Care
- The fondue set ships at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store the ingredients in a cool, dry location. The unopened caramel sauce will keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Store the remaining items separately at ambient temperature.
- The pretzels will keep up to 2 weeks; the pound cake and marshmallows up to 5 days, and the shortbread up to 3 days at ambient temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing the items in the dipping set.
- Gently warm the caramel sauce before serving. To heat on the stovetop: Bring a pot of water to a simmer. Turn off the heat, remove the top from the caramel, and carefully place the jar in the water (take care not to spill it into the water). Stir the caramel until smooth and melted.
- To warm in the microwave: Place the jar in a microwave with the cap removed and heat in 10-second increments, stirring well after every 10 seconds, until the caramel is melted and smooth.
- Caramel Sauce: Sugar, heavy cream, butter, sour cream, corn syrup, vanilla (sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla bean, gum tragacanth (a natural thickener), salt.
- Shortbread: Enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, sugar, vanilla (sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla bean, gum tragacanth (a natural thickener), salt.
- Pretzels: Enriched wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), salt, corn oil, corn syrup, ammonium bicarbonate, malt extract, yeast.
- Mini almond pound cake: Sugar, sour cream, enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, almonds, eggs, almond extract, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
- Vanilla: (sugar, water, vanilla extract, vanilla bean, gum tragacanth (a natural thickener) .
