Her lofty desserts use only the best seasonal ingredients, and each has a buttery, flaky, hand-rolled crust that store-bought piecrust can’t touch. Her bourbon pecan pie contains a full half-pound of the freshest Georgia pecans laced with real Kentucky bourbon and molasses. The result is an earthy, aromatic, pecan-packed pie ready to star in a holiday celebration.

- This pie ships frozen without ice packs to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, place the pie unopened in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Thaw the pie completely in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat an oven to 350°F. Place the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until the filling is warm in the center, 30 to 45 minutes. Do not overbake. If the pecans begin to brown too quickly before the filling is warm, tent the pie with aluminum foil, then remove the foil during the last 5 minutes of baking.
