Rated 4 out of 5 by PMacW from Great for baking, not ideal for ice cream. I have all the sizes for baking cookies, cupcakes, etc., and I really like them--supreme quality and great functionality. However, I don't like them for it cream and find they had to use. I just ended up getting a different ice cream scoop.Date published: 2016-01-20Rated 5 out of 5 by dre80 from Great Scoop I have one in every size and my daughter just moved into her own apartment and put the medium size on her Christmas list. Neither her nor I have had a problem squeezing it. Cleans in dishwasher and is perfect size for meatballs and cookies too.Date published: 2016-01-08Rated 5 out of 5 by BakerAtHeart from Great for baking Wish they would bring back the large size. It's the only size I'm missing. I love using this tool to bake! Makes everything equal in size. Easy to clean. My cookies were big and uniform and the family loved them.Date published: 2012-10-29Rated 4 out of 5 by CAVU58 from Attractive, well-built ice cream scoop I like this kitchen tool. Stainless steel, works great and is made in Italy... yes! Quibbles? Well, the spring rate and/or gear ratio could be changed: It is hard to squeeze, and the bail whips around like a lunatic wielded sickle. Overall, it's a wonderful tool, and I'd recommend it to anyone. -TomDate published: 2012-05-02Rated 1 out of 5 by mimi1648 from Broke the first month Purchased this online with a gift card from my daughter. It was difficult to squeeze but I just thought my hands were weak. Not so , no one could use this and then suddenly it just wouldn't move at all. Have no proof of purchase since it was purchased online and my account with Williams and Sonoma shows it does not exist!Date published: 2012-01-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Cook0000 from Handy Product This Ice Cream Scoop made my cookie making a lot more pleasant.
