Piazza Ice Cream Scoop

Based on an enduring vintage design, our ice cream scoop is made of sturdy stainless steel. It has a cog-and-ratchet mechanism in the 8" long handle that operates a spring-loaded wire scraper in the bowl. When activated by a squeeze of the handle, the server releases a perfectly round scoop of ice cream, sorbet or frozen yogurt. You'll find its small size also useful for forming uniform balls of cookie dough and transferring them to a baking sheet. 8 1/4" x 1 3/4" diam.
