Savory stuffed mushrooms are a favorite party appetizer, but they can be time-consuming to prepare. Never fear – the expert cooks at The Perfect Bite Co. in Los Angeles have done all the hard work for you. Their hand-prepared assortment includes three different varieties of stuffed mushrooms—caramelized bacon, blue crab with artichoke spinach and vegetarian Soyrizo sausage —each brimming with a creamy filling made with a blend of premium cheeses and topped with panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy finish. Preparation couldn't be easier; just bake and you're ready to serve a crowd.
Caramelized Bacon Onion: Parmesan and cream cheese filling topped with caramelized onion, crumbled bacon and breadcrumbs.
Crab & Artichoke Spinach: Blue crabmeat with Brie, Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese in an artichoke spinach sauce, topped with breadcrumbs.
Spanish Sausage & Gorgonzola: Soyrizo sausage (soy-based meatless sausage with the savory taste of chorizo) blended with Gorgonzola and mascarpone cheese, topped with breadcrumbs.

- Use & Care
- Shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon receipt, store the mushrooms in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year. Keep frozen until ready to bake.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place mushrooms in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven and let rest for 2–5 minutes before serving.
Caramelized Bacon Onion:
White mushrooms, yellow onion, cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, xanthan, carob bean and/or guar gums), panko breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, evaporated cane juice, yeast, sea salt), Parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), white table wine, bacon (pork belly, water, sodium lactate, salt, turbinado sugar, spice extractives, celery powder), pasteurized egg yolk (egg yolk, sugar), canola oil, sugar, unsalted butter (cream), garlic, salt, black pepper.
Crab & Artichoke Spinach:
