Produced from shavings of custom-blended Guittard bittersweet and milk chocolates rather than cocoa powder, our European-style hot chocolate melts quickly in hot milk, yielding a velvety body, rich taste, smooth texture and exquisite aroma.

• Two 12 oz. tins; makes approx. 16 cups total.

• Classic Hot Chocolate: Bittersweet Guittard chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, butter oil), soy lecithin (an emulsifier), pure vanilla.
• Peppermint Hot Chocolate: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk), soy lecithin (emulsifier), pure vanilla, semisweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, butter oil), soy lecithin (emulsifier), pure vanilla, bittersweet chocolate (chocolate liquor processed with potassium carbonate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat [butter]), soy lecithin (emulsifier), pure vanilla, peppermint oil.
• Contains milk, soy. These products are prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, tree nuts, peanuts.
