Also known as German pancakes, Dutch babies are a cross between a soufflé and an omelette. They're oven-baked in a hot fry pan rather than cooked on the stovetop and can be served with toppings to taste – traditional choices include sweet butter and apple, lemon juice or wedges, confectioners' sugar and old-fashioned maple syrup. Making Dutch babies is a snap with our mix, which we've prepared from organic ingredients that include hints of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg for delicious flavor. Just combine the mix with milk and eggs in a blender, then portion it into a hot buttered skillet and bake, creating a deliciously light, golden-brown pancake.
