Developed exclusively for us by pioneering Moroccan-born chef Mourad Lahlou, owner of San Francisco’s award-winning Aziza Restaurant, this aromatic herb and spice blend was inspired by Morocco’s savory kefta (grilled meatballs). Mix the seasoning with ground beef or lamb, shape into meatballs and grill to make kefta, or experiment with your own burger and ground meat recipes.
