The bakery crafts the cupcakes by hand in small batches, using Cup4Cup gluten-free flour, developed by renowned chef Thomas Keller, so you can enjoy the best More® has to offer, just without the gluten. The set includes:

Gluten-Free Red Velvet: A Southern classic, this light, super-moist cocoa cake is frosted with a rich cream cheese frosting.

Gluten-Free Vanilla Valrhona: Vanilla cake filled with a Valrhona chocolate mousse, covered with a vanilla buttercream frosting and topped with a circle of Callebaut chocolate.

Gluten-Free More®: Deep, dark Belgian chocolate cake with Valrhona chocolate ganache and a vanilla cream center.

Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

  • The cupcakes are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store the cupcakes at room temperature, where they will keep for up to 2 days. If not serving immediately, place the cupcakes in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. We do not recommend refrigerating the cupcakes.

Preparation

  • If the cupcakes are frozen, remove from freezer approximately 2 to 3 hours prior to serving, allowing them to thaw at room temperature. The cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature.

  • Gluten-Free Red Velvet: Cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt, white chocolate, canola vegetable oil, granulated sugar, buttermilk, whole egg, water, vinegar, baking soda, dry cocoa powder, red #40, cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca powder, potato starch, xanthan gum.
  • Gluten-Free Vanilla Valrhona: Milk, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, 62% dark chocolate, heavy cream, water, egg, white, vanilla bean paste, cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca powder, potato starch, xanthan Gum, red #40.
  • Gluten-Free More®: Granulated sugar, egg white, corn syrup, salt, baking powder, baking soda, dry powder cocoa, whole egg, vanilla extract, milk, canola vegetable oil, 62% dark chocolate, butter, heavy cream, cornstarch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca powder, potato starch, xanthan gum.

  • Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT Guaranteed Gluten Free-Cross Contamination! Received these as a lovely gift from a friend this Christmas. I felt pretty bad after eating them, then read the label online (ingredients were not included with the cupcakes). The first line says "These products are prepared and packaged by machines that may come into contact with gluten/wheat." Really, WS? Very poor marketing that someone might pay this exorbitant amount for 9 cupcakes to send a friend GF treats that AREN'T GUARANTEED GF! Terrible product that should be relabeled Low Gluten!! Will probably never enter this store again.

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from these cupcakes are not good The devil's food cupcakes were ok; the red velvet and yellow cake cupcakes were not good tasting at all, as well as dry. The frosting on the yellow cupcakes and the cream cheese frosting on the red velvet cupcakes were both tasteless. And the "disc" on top of the cupcakes was impossible to eat--chewy and weird tasting. These were just not good. I regret having spent so much money to try them.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Gluten Free Cupcakes!! I've had the pleasure of trying the gluten free cupcakes from MORE and am completely impressed! Everyone gobbled them up without knowing they are gluten free... So I didn't tell them ;) If you can't get to MORE in Chicage, be sure to order these exclusives from Williams-Sonoma today!
