The kit was developed by Brooklyn-based cook Khadeem Oh, who worked with his Korea-born mother to develop an all-natural kimchi paste that makes perfect small-batch kimchi every time.
- Kit includes one packet of kimchi paste and one glass jar with two lids—a fermentation lock to use during the fermenting process, and a solid lid for storing finished kimchi.
