Lobster Stew

Receiving instructions

• The stew ships frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the stew in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 5 days unopened; or freeze for up to 3 months.

Preparation

• If the stew is frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. In a saucepan or double boiler over medium-low heat, warm the stew, stirring occasionally, until steam rises from the pan. Do not boil. Garnish each serving with a pinch of chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme, parsley or chives. Serve immediately with sourdough bread.
