Made from a closely guarded family recipe, the stew is a magnificent mélange of Maine lobster, fresh cream, butter and spices, with more than half a pound of sweet, tender shellfish in every quart.

- Use & Care
- The stew ships frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the stew in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 5 days unopened; or freeze for up to 3 months.
- If the stew is frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight. In a saucepan or double boiler over medium-low heat, warm the stew, stirring occasionally, until steam rises from the pan. Do not boil. Garnish each serving with a pinch of chopped fresh herbs, such as thyme, parsley or chives. Serve immediately with sourdough bread.
