Golden: Round, deep-golden yellow root, 2"–3" diam., with sweet, mild flavor.
Cylindra: Dark-red cylindrical root with fine texture and sweet flavor. Roots grow to approx. 8" long.
Chioggia: When sliced crosswise, these 3"–4" diam. round beets reveal beautiful concentric red-and-white circles. Very sweet, mild and tender flesh.
