Instructions
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Latkes ship frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store in freezer for up to 12 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- For best results, keep frozen until ready to cook.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook latkes for approx. 7–10 minutes, until they start to sizzle.
- We do not recommend cooking in microwave.
- Serve latkes on their own, with apple sauce and sour cream, or with crème fraîche and caviar or smoked salmon.
