Cut to order from lemon sole caught off the Maine coast, our fresh fillets have a delicate flesh that becomes flaky and slightly sweet when cooked. They’re a snap to prepare: broil and top with herb butter, sear on the stovetop and serve with sautéed vegetables or bake and serve with your favorite creamy sauce. The options are endless when the fish is this good and this fresh.

Receiving instructions
- The lemon sole ships fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate the fish, or freeze to serve at a later date. To freeze, remove the fish from its original packaging and store in an airtight freezer bag. (Remove as much air as possible from the bag to prevent freezer burn.) It will keep refrigerated up to 4 days, or frozen up to 3 months.
Proper thawing
- Remove the wrapped fish from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place the frozen package on a plate or tray to catch any juices that accumulate during thawing.
