La Colombe Coffee

Each of La Colombe’s coffees is distinctive and delicious, and all are grown using sustainable practices. They are produced on farms that hold at least two major earth-friendly certifications.
Lyon: A sweet, fruity coffee blend, the exceptional taste of this coffee is achieved by blending beans from the mountains of Peru, Ethiopia, Brazil and an heirloom bean from Haiti. This medium-light roast is recommended for French press, espresso or stovetop. In collaboration with the Leonardo di Caprio Foundation, 100% of La Colombe’s net proceeds from the sale of this blend go directly to nonprofit organizations working to solve the most pressing issues facing our planet. Produced in limited quantities.
Nizza: Featuring beans from the mountains of Brazil, El Salvador, Ethiopia and Honduras, this blend is roasted for softness and sweetness; it brews an excellent espresso with a clean, agreeable finish.
Phocea: A blend of beans from the mountains of Brazil, El Salvador and Ethiopia, this medium-dark roast is exceptionally dense, raw and full-bodied with a lasting finish.
