Oregon baker Kyra Bussanich’s gluten-free confections take the cake. Literally, she put her cupcakes up against the competition in the Food Network show Cupcake Wars, and won. These gluten-free cinnamon rolls deliver the same sweet, gooey experience as a standard roll, just without the gluten. Simply heat and enjoy. The cinnamon rolls are prepared and packaged in a certified gluten-free facility, so nibble away without worry. This collection features three flavors.

Traditional cinnamon rolls are filled with a cinnamon-brown sugar mixture, topped with rich cream cheese frosting.

Blueberry Lemon are filled with housemade blueberry jam, topped with a bright, puckery lemon glaze.

Angel Rolls are filled with cream cheese frosting and housemade raspberry jam, topped with an orange juice glaze.

Use & Care

Use & Care

  • The rolls ship chilled and may arrive at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, keep at room temperature, where they will last for up to 4 days, unopened. Alternatively, place in the freezer and store for up to 4 weeks.

Preparation

  • If frozen, allow the rolls to sit on the counter for 2 to 3 hours to thaw. While the rolls can be served at room temperature, they are best served heated. In a conventional oven, preheat to 300°F and warm the rolls for 10 minutes to yield a gooey center. To quickly heat, microwave the rolls for 1 to 2 minutes and serve immediately.
