Use
- To make flavored kombucha, pour the Goodies into a 32-oz. bottle, top with fermented kombucha, seal tightly and set aside at room temperature for 3 to 7 days to ferment. This secondary fermentation also results in a light carbonation. When the kombucha has reached your preferred flavor profile and effervescence, store it in the refrigerator and enjoy.
