Handmade in Michigan, the Artisan Fire outdoor pizza oven brings modern ease and convenience to the art of old-world pizza making. Once preheated, the oven turns out perfect Neapolitan-style pies with crisp, charred crust and bubbling cheese in mere minutes. Powerful, adjustable top and bottom gas burners reach much higher temperatures—essential for great pizza—than standard home ovens without the complexities of tending a wood fire. Along with the oven, this special collection includes a movable prep station and a complete set of pizza-making tools.
- Pizza oven's gas-fueled top and bottom burners are independently controlled and adjustable to balance temperature for different styles of pizza, baking breads and roasting meats or vegetables.
- Oven available with either a 20 lb. natural gas cylinder (up to 52,400 BTUs) or 20 lb. liquid propane cylinder (up to 34,900 BTUs).
- Comes up to temperature in just 20 minutes. Cooks thin-crust pizza in less than three minutes once fully heated.

- Grilled Pizza with Salami Olives and Goat Cheese
Place a granite pizza stone on a cold grill, cover the grill, and preheat over medium heat until the internal temperature of the grill registers 475° to 500°F, about 20 minutes.
On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 10-inch round about 1/8 inch thick, dusting with flour as needed. Lightly dust a pizza peel with flour and lay the dough on top. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the tomato sauce. Top with the salami, onion, olives, goat cheese and oregano.
Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone, cover the grill, and bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Using the pizza peel, transfer the pizza to a cutting board and cut into slices. Serve immediately. Makes one 10-inch pizza; serves 2.
