Handmade in the USA of heavy-gauge stainless steel, this durable, elegant grill is proportioned with outdoor entertaining in mind.
A cast-aluminum crank lets you raise and lower the grilling surface to regulate the cooking temperature.
To prevent flare-ups, the unique V-Channel grilling surface funnels meat juices into a detachable pan; the flavorful drippings can then be used for basting or as a base for savory sauces.
A tempered-steel fire grate allows ashes to fall into a removable drawer for safe, convenient disposal.
A cover and cleaning tool are included.
The removable cooking surfaces are dishwasher safe.

DO NOT USE ON WOODEN DECKS, NOR ON OR NEAR OTHER FLAMMABLE SURFACES OR SUBSTANCES
Coals are not necessary for cooking on The Grillery®, which is designed for flame cooking over wood. You may begin as soon as you light the fire.
Wood charcoal may also be used in The Grillery®.
Use oven mitts if needed and always when removing the rotisseries after cooking.

Care

Your Grillery® should need no major maintenance for many years. Use the included cover to keep it shiny or leave it out in the elements—this grill will not rust or corrode.
Clean after each use by lowering the grilling surface close to the fire and scraping away the charred residue with the Persuader cleaning tool.
For a deep cleaning, the V-Channels, basting pan, rotisseries and Persuader tool will all fit in a standard dishwasher.
The frame can be shined with any cleaner designed for stainless steel.

Please allow six to seven weeks for delivery. This item will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and is not eligible for rush shipping. Item arrives fully assembled and in one piece by our in-home White-Glove Delivery service. With in-home White-Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, inspected and set up, and packaging is removed. Delivery will be made by appointment, within the continental USA only; we'll call to make an appointment. White Glove Delivery does not include connecting the grill to a natural gas line or propane tank. Please call 877.812.6235 for additional assistance.

Return Policy

Our products are designed with your comfort and style in mind. Made-to-order items (as marked) are not returnable but may be cancelled only within 24 hours of order placement. We cannot accept cancellations or returns on monogrammed items. Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at 877.812.6235 within 7 days so that we may arrange for a replacement. Frames and springs are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for the product’s life, subject to the following conditions: warranty applies only to original owner and normal residential use.
