Using techniques passed down through the generations, the Giusti family has produced their vinegars in the same building in Modena, Italy, since 1605. Top-quality grapes, natural fermentation and six years of barrel aging account for the marvelous transformation of white grapes into this mellow yet flavorful vinegar.
