Jazz up martini cocktails with a burst of pickled tomato. These little pear-shaped heirloom tomatoes are organically grown by Froehlich's, an old-fashioned country store in southwest Michigan. The tomatoes are picked by hand and, on the same day, are preserved using traditional stovetop methods and then packed into glass jars. Infused with the flavors of garlic and chili pepper, they add a bright, spicy kick to martinis and Bloody Marys. They're also a great addition to sandwiches, salads and antipasti platters.
