Duck magret breasts are often called duck “steaks” because its many fans prefer to quickly sear or grill the boneless meat and serve it rare, like beef steaks. Our plump, meaty breasts come from animals fed an all-natural vegetarian diet at a cage-free farm in New York’s Hudson Valley. The family-owned farm has over 30 years of experience raising ducks and is committed to raising its animals in a stress-free environment. This translates to ruby-red meat with rich duck flavor, perfect for searing, sautéing, roasting and grilling until meltingly tender.

- Use & Care
- The duck breasts ship frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the duck breasts unopened in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Proper thawing technique
- Remove the meat from the freezer and thaw in the refrigerator overnight. It is normal for natural juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
