Jamon Ibérico is considered the finest of Spanish hams –surpassing even Serrano in quality. Dry cured and aged for 18 months, it combines the rich flavor and nutty sweetness of Ibérico pork with subtly salty overtones and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. And, because the Ibérico hogs are harvested in such small numbers each year, this expertly sliced jamon is a rare treat.

- The jamon ships chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the jamon in the refrigerator, where it will keep up to 9 months unopened, or up to 1 month opened. We do not recommend freezing. To serve, remove the jamon from the refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving. Ibérico jamon is best enjoyed at room temperature.
