For their authentic and uniquely flavored mustards, the Fallot Company of Burgundy, France, uses only seeds from regional growers, AOC Burgundy wine and other local ingredients. The seeds are ground using traditional millstones to ensure that the flavor and texture of the carefully cultivated seeds remains pure. This smooth, pleasantly sharp mustard has a sophisticated flavor and a slight texture from coarsely ground mustard seeds. The light yellow mustard is packed in a special stoneware jar and makes a great gift.
