  • High-quality sausages can be a great entertaining solution for a party. These spicy sausages need only bread, mustard, peppers, onions and cornichons—and maybe some beer—to draw folks to a DIY sausage sandwich bar that’s perfect for game day.

    Chorizo sausage is made in the traditional Spanish style, peppered with paprika, garlic and chiles. Excellent on its own or tucked into an egg scramble.

    Basque sausage is a pork link seasoned with fresh onions and roasted bell peppers, piment d’Espelette and black pepper. It is a slightly smoky link, and not too spicy.

    Chicken merguez sausage is pork-free, with a beautiful red-orange hue thanks to paprika and cayenne. Slice and toss with pasta for a healthful dinner.

  • Care Instructions:

    The spicy sausage set was shipped fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate sausage, or freeze to serve at a later date. Sausage will keep, refrigerated and unopened, for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 9 months. Sausage can be refrozen after thawing.

    Proper Thawing:

    Remove the sausage from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place the frozen package on a plate or tray to catch any condensation that may accumulate during thawing.
