Tender pork rillettes are paired with a classic partner of crunchy cornichons in this set from Fabrique Délices. Enjoy with baguette and a bottle of French wine.
Pork rillettes use pork from famed producer Niman Ranch; they are cooked in the traditional confit style until meltingly tender and ready to be spread on bread.
Cornichons are crunchy and piquant—tiny pickles that can be chopped small to spread on the rillettes or simply enjoyed as palate cleansers in between bites.
Mustard adds a kicky, spicy note and can be combined with the rillettes, cornichons and baguette for a very French sandwich.- Pork rillettes, 7 oz.; cornichons, 11 oz.; mustard, XX oz.

Care Instructions:
- The rillettes charcuterie collection was shipped fresh with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate rillettes, or freeze to serve at a later date. Refrigerated, rillettes will keep for up to 6 weeks, unopened, or frozen for up to 9 months.
- Once opened, serve within 25 days. Rillettes can be refrozen after thawing. Store the cornichons at room temperature until ready to serve. They will keep for up to 2 years, unopened. Once opened, refrigerate and serve within 45 days.
Proper Thawing:
- Remove the rillettes from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place the frozen package on a plate or tray to catch any condensation that may accumulate during thawing.
