Light Roast: The beans in this collection expand the flavor spectrum beyond the deep chocolaty notes of dark and medium roasts, to flavors that are floral, citrusy, and delicately fruity. Because a light roast does little to mask the flavor of coffee, the beans must be of the highest quality and the roaster extremely skilled to control the process at all times.
Medium Roast: Among the coffee cognoscenti, medium roast is king. It represents the sweet spot where the sugars in the beans begin to caramelize, bringing flavors to the forefront for the most nuanced and balanced beverage.
Dark Roast: Lovers of dark, robust coffee will enjoy the strong taste of these beans, roasted to the darkest edge of the spectrum, where the rich notes of the roast dominate the flavor. Even sugar and milk can’t disguise its bittersweet edge.
