- Created by Master Chocolatier and Éclat founder Christopher Curtin, a 20-year confectioner and the first American to earn the rank of German Master Pastry Chef and Chocolatier.
- All flavors are custom blended using exceptional single-origin chocolates.
- Ganaches are made with farm-fresh local cream and European-style butter, and cooked in traditional heavy-bottom copper kettles.
- Mollydooker: red-wine ganache, infused with ‘Boxer’ Shiraz from Australia’s Mollydooker Winery and enrobed in 60% dark chocolate.
- Champagne: flavored with Pinot Noir–based French champagne, covered in milk chocolate and rolled in fine powdered sugar.
- Traditional: 70% dark Belgian-style truffles, with a ganache made from Sao Thome single origin chocolates and a touch of armagnac, and hand rolled in Venezuelan cocoa.

- The chocolates ship chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, store them in a cool, dry place, at approximately 60ºF. To preserve the premium flavors and textures, do not refrigerate or freeze them.
- After the box has been opened, protect the chocolates from moisture by storing them in the box or in an airtight container. We recommend enjoying them within 10 days of receipt.
